Home Remedies for Skin Hydration

Proper hydration of the skin is an important factor in its healthy and beautiful appearance. The additional moisture needs not only the facial skin, but the skin of hands, feet, and body as a whole. Here are some simple but effective home remedies that will help in the fight for health and beauty of your skin.

Oatmeal mask with cucumber to moisturize the skin

Ingredients: 3 tablespoons oatmeal, cucumber

Blender 1 tablespoon sour cream Flakes grind, add the finely chopped cucumber and sour cream (low-fat). Apply the mixture on the previously cleaned face, rinse with cold water after 20 minutes.

Herbal drink to hydrate the skin

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons mint leaves (or chamomile) and milk

Grass pour simmering milk, cover and let cool to room temperature. The infusion filter and then liberally rub the face. After some time (not more than half an hour), it is recommended to wash with warm water.
